Our Breakfasts
Our goal is to prepare and serve food that is fresh, organic and local whenever possible - and, of course, that it is delicious.
Breakfast Times:
Coffee available at 7:30am
8:30 - 9:30am : Hot Breakfast served. Service ends at 9:30 for clean-up and check-out of departing guests.
We are happy to accomodate special dietary needs: Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc. Be sure to let us know if you have any food you need to avoid - or if you have a favorite you'd like us to prepare.
We will always have the following menu items available:
- Fresh Fruit
- Cereals (e.g. Granola, Corn Flakes)
- Home Baked Goodies (muffins, rolls, or sweetbreads)
- Coffee - Usually Fair Trade, Organic - Roasted in-house!
- Variety of Teas - some bagged, some loose
- Juice - Freshly Squeezed Orange (when possible), Apple, others on request
- Rotating selection of breads, bagels, breakfast pitas, etc. to toast and on which to spread a variety of jams, preserves, marmalades, and so forth...
December through April we offer the above hearty Continental breakfast. During the high season, May through November, in addition to the Continental fare listed above, we will also cook fresh, hot breakfasts. Some of what we prepare includes:
- Omelettes
- French Toast with fruit and maple syrup
- Frittatas
- Quiches
- Waffles
- Breakfast Pizza
- Breakfast Burritos
- Baked Eggs
- And more...
